PROJECT ESTHER 2.0 SPONSORSHIP

The Babes Redefined Initiative is a Non-Governmental Organizations (NGOs) with a vision that focuses on the empowerment and well-being of young girls and women. Over the years, we have held empowerment programs for young girls and women empowering lives one girl/woman at a time! In view of our vision, we launched PROJECT ESTHER.

The Project ESTHER (Education, Strategy for the Total Transformation of HER) is aimed at empowering young girls with soft and socio-economic skills while exposing them to mentors who will guide them to rule their world in their different spheres of life like the biblical queen ESTHER who as a result of the right training and mentorship saved her entire nation despite the obstacles young girls faced at the time.

The first cohort held in 2022 with 11 girls empowered from different locations in Lagos State. They girls were engaged for eight weeks in an intensive soft and socio-economic skills development programme, after which they were taken on a personal/growth Tour/Excursion, followed by a one-on-one mentorship engagement for six month and within this period, they were each assigned credible mentors who held them accountable in a post project mentorship and accountability programme. At the official closing/graduation ceremony of the Project Esther 1.0, the girls were further empowered with business startup kits.

As a result of the tremendous success recorded in 2022, Babes Redefined Initiative is rolling out Project Esther 2.0 which will empower 10 girls from 10 different locations across Ogun State. The first parts of the programme would commence in October and run through to December 2023, after which the post Project Mentorship and Accountability programme would run for six months.
To make this a reality, we need partners to sponsor the girls who would benefit from this initiative.

❖ Sponsor 2 girls​​​-​400,000.00
❖ Sponsor 5 girls​​​-​1,000,000.00
❖ Donation of Items such as sewing machines, hairdryers, materials for making hatinators and other crafts.
