All about fasting…

In fasting, the spirit man does not ‘necessarily’ grow because you are starving the outer man
It grows because you are feeding it…

In real fasting, the flesh is starved and the spirit man is fed.

The outer man is not eating but the inner man is taking a buffet

It is starving the outer man to feed the inner man.

If both the outer and inner men are starved…it is a hunger strike.

Fasting feeds the inner man at the expense of the outer man.

Fasting is changing your meal plan in favour of the inner man.

Fasting without spending quality time in the word and worship is starving both faculties…it’s religion.

So we fast to feast…
Word feast for the inner man

The exciting thing about fasting is that it’s another kind of feasting!
