B.A.B.E.S Redefined steers women in the right direction by building the various aspects of the total woman.

SPIRITUALLY: By changing the life perspective of women through biblical principles and spiritual concepts.

PSYCHOLOGICALLY: By creating interventions and aid programs targeted at promoting the mental health and psychosocial wellbeing of women and girls.

ECONOMICALLY: By empowering women with entrepreneurial skills, financial literacy, and financial support.

SOCIALLY: By creating events targeted at encouraging friendship and relaxation in communities.

The initiative is an expression of the organization that creates programs and interventions targeted at empowering women and the girl child spiritually, psychologically, economically, emotionally & socially. Some of the programs have been secondary school and university outreaches for female students, Entrepreneurship and business seminars, widow outreaches, orphanages and motherless baby home, vocational trainings and many more.

Morin Osunmakinde, fondly known as Pmo! is an inspiring and resourceful woman, motivated by the spirit and the word of God to effectively and strategically influence both men and women of every carder to understand, acknowledge and appreciate their God given assignment.

She is currently the serving president of BABES Redefined a Body set up to help women to define their purpose.

She has been able to do this through the ministry of the word, prayer, practical and ethical approaches and solutions to life’s challenges and has reached over 85,000 women.

She is the content creator PMosecrets, a blog where she shares insights on general life issues.

She is also the anchor Host of Conversations with PMo, a talk show dealing with real life issues.

She is the Senior pastor of The Baptizing Church (TBC )Out Of Zion, Lagos.

She is a certified customer service facilitator and coach, an entrepreneur and CEO of Epiproactive Company and Jazzment company.

She is the Convener of The Leading Women Conference; A conference aimed towards equipping leading women with the tools required to bring into full alignment with their purpose. She is also the Lead Consultant at Be Defined.

She is married to Dele Osunmakinde, who is the serving overseer of The Baptizing Church, and they are blessed with three amazing children and they reside in Lagos, Nigeria

VICE PRESIDENT (NIGERIA)

Chinelo is a woman of unending passion for sustainable growth and development. She’s a woman who takes delight in improving lives and building a purposeful future.

Chinelo is a passionate children’s coach; training children in self identity and consciousness, she is the host for Affirmation Episodes where she teaches children and guides them to healthy and positive affirmations.

She is the Concept Strategist for Word and Decor ; an Inspirational Decor company catering to the need for families to create an Inspirational haven out of their homes. She is a business developer; helping people develop and harness the concept of their trade line.

Chinelo joined Babes Redefined Int’l in 2012 and has since served in various capacity; first as a content writer for Babes Redefined Devotional, and then as a Zonal Cordinator, she moved on as a Governing Council member and Currently, a member of the Advisory Board and the Vice President- Nigeria.

She has a graduate degree In Human Physiology from the prestigious University of Ibadan. She is also an accredited children’s coach
